royalsu, why would i do such a thing, im working hard to fix everything that i had done wrong in 2008-2009, its not an easy task at 50% pay, but its very do-able, and im moving into the highest stakes MTTs on stars now. The pays are good, and I average more than most players.

Reality is, my passion will always drive me in poker, and theres not a single job in the world other than poker that I'd want to do without going to school for about 8 years.

Another reality you guys should know, since most of LP is cashgame players, is the vast majority of all the mtters online are staked players. Being an mtter, most are staked til they hit pretty damn big, or mass 180 grinders that play a few mtts here n there. There are some that just manage money well and take there time perfect and don't ever get staked (woodbrave comez to mind), but thats very far and few between, because the nature of mtts, and the nature of the winning players being extremely laggy.

Its not bad at all, but you need a backer that has a huge BR and knows your ability if you are truly a very solid player.

fuark man, its day 40 and you managed 2 weeks on your own money, youve literally been in a fight for your life, you broke up with a backer and spewed a bunch about how good it felt to be on your own dime and now your back on the stake.

do you seriously think you can keep this up for another 11 months?

when you say it cost $5k to move to costa rica but its doubled because of the backer, does that mean your backer paid $5k total for your move but you have agreed to repay him $10k?

I really doubt that many mid stake mtt pros are gonna travel to vegas to pay high taxes
