I brought up 'the discussion and planning of the kidnapping, etc, of children' to demonstrate that there clearly should be a 'dictatorship' that selects what topics can be discussed

Can the mod at least say why Dsmart was banned? He posted only one rough message 4 pages ago and it was much more mellow compared to carladon or one of the other trolls? Was he banned for presenting a theory neutrally that people wanted discussed in the first place? Was he banned because someone doesn't want his views challenged and wanted to slip back into his narrow-minded hole? Are the mods actually taking example from Obama and making certain topics forbidden to be talked about and basically establishing virtual dictatorship? Does LP promote trolling but not discussion? Does LP users want mods who treat them unfairly and ban anyone who presents a different opinion or tries to challenge their belief systems?Why was the ban permanent? Did he kill someone or did he just killed someone's belief system? I don't see one message saying the reason why he was banned at all, and why is it a permanent ban. Thanks. 2. You are right in identifying that i am mad but my reasons are not what you stated but the content the duo has contributed to this forum.
Contrary to what you are implying this forum remains a democracy and under such rule we, the majority, can agree to well... put you in jail or in D_smart_S case sentenced to worse.

I kept quiet for some time but it is my duty as a poster to express how i feel about matters that affect myself and the well-being of LP. I was also against the official boobs thread for which i got a lot of hate for. I gave them, as i am trying now to give you the benefit of the doubt because from what i can remember you were reasonable in another discussion and older than me. I kind of get what you are saying but you are not expressing it in the best possible way.

This statement alone should alarm people as to the psychopath we are dealing with. It's one thing to speculate on the origins of the Illuminati, it's another to speculate on EVERY piece of information out there like d_umbas_s did. if you go back and read his responses to people, you will see he is trying to read between the lines on everything everyone wrote against his arguments. There lies a hypocritical flaw in d_umbas_s' point of view in regards to free speech that I feel needs to be addressed. You can't go around advocating for the right of free speech while at the same time stating such things as:

In other words, if you are offended or disagree with what I am saying, skip over it and do not disrupt the discussion that is taking place. That is the exact opposite of freedom of expression. You can't just say, what I am posting is unpopular, but because of freedom of speech you have to listen to it and can't respond in anyway. Keep this in mind: There will always be a free market response. If you advocate for the freedom of expression while disrespecting those intending to use it, then you're going to have the brutal backlash that he did which led to people trolling and telling him to fuck off. I always advocated for d_umbas_s' freedom to express what he was attempting to say. The problem was he was not posting material in an appropriate part of the site. The material he was writing was really appropriate for a blog, and a blog only. That's what I told him he should do, and that's what I expressed towards the mods what they should do.

I really am disappointed in the mods on this one. I think they should have either done this months ago or they should have warned him to post the material in a blog and blog only. This is terrible accountability by the mods, and I hope they recognize it and change.

I would prefer that d_smart_s got some official warning beforehand, though I honestly wouldn't expect it to be prevent him from posting. And he may of gotten warning in private -- don't know all the facts. OH not to mention it might serve as a decent warning with every other post in your last several threads is purely a call for you to be banned LOL

In the last couple of weeks there has been a complete lack of compassion toward d_smart_s, on my part as well, but its a fact that life (even if its 'just forum life') that people aren't always friendly and others will not forever tolerate bad or disrespectful behavior -- even if said behavior is at least partly the result of factors outside of someone's direct control. Plus this isn't a conspiracy theory forum :O

I sincerely hope that d_smart_s considers visiting a mental health professional and discussing his world view frankly and with an open mind toward the professional's input.

The problem with something like this is that its based on very little. I'll defend your right to believe in it and talk about it but it makes us all look crazy to the average person which is why I think it is a disinformation tactic. I hear people talking about some history channel show and that should tell you everything it is in mainstream television. Even if these beings existed bringing them to the attention of people would not really do anything.
