Also set a date, e.g. has to appear not later than 7th of January (the news or the statement or whatever).

dont know about the other countries but this list is quite wrong regarding brazilian newspappers

never heard of "Brasil em folhas", "Correio braziliense" is not that big, probably top 5 but not top 3. "Diário oficial da união" is a paper for things regarding oficial government stuff, not really news.

This thread is so stupid I actually feel sorry for anyone that agrees to be an escrow.
