Personally I SURROUND myself with people who's opinions I value and will call me out. That being said, I take it as my duty to do the same. If it is someone that is willing to grow more mature, spiritually, emotionally, and personally why would they ever be more than thankful for you blindspotting for them?

My policy is to call people out immediately if they are telling or doing something to or with me (or an innocent) that I think is harmful to them, me, or another in a direct way. But no nagging...

I don't call people out for petty things pretty much ever -- by policy -- but sometimes my exercise of patience fails when I see a friend with excessively bad posture or what not.
