You judge. This is my quarrel with them since the new software came out. Most of its just e-mail form, because well, as you read it you will see why I don't deal with live chat representatives. Ok, enough about the most awesome game ever and broodwar, on to the poker stuff, here's the last few e-mailes i've compiled. I'm not really sure how to acquire the live chat logs because that would be awesome. i'd love to show that to them to their supervisors, we, the customers, should never feel degraded and like a stupid idiot because of how they are answering questions to you.

For starters your rant to BCP deserves to be ignored and I can totally understand them blowing you off. You write like dogshit and dont provide anything useful for them to help with. All of your network issues are in fact, your issues. I just recognized your name last night after you refused to give me action at penny stakes lol. You sat on those tables for like half an hour waiting for them to fill. I normally play HU but figured I might as well play HU at a ring table if I have to. You played like a fucking goon and I think I might have lost 1 or 2 buyins to you. But I kept grinding it back pretty quick, which I figure you promptly realized and then just quit while you were ahead. I scanned the lobby for other games and saw you still playing so it just pissed me off that you are game selecting at donkey stakes as if it really fuckin matters. You're also playing multiple NL2 tables, so thats make it twice you have lied about playing these games.

BTW I complained, politely, to BCP about the autocheck button turning into a call button if someone bets while you are hovering over it (made me call an allin by accident once) and like 5 days later this update comes out addressing it. They completely redesigned the entire GUI just for me. Thx BCP.

no, you should get your facts straight. i dont have any network issues, and the problem lies within the way the customer service agent treats the customer. i can tell you didnt read this thread, and you arent going to. i dont game select, i just sit at max tables. i don't like heads up. glad to know i took somebuyin's from you though. we can go play a session anytime, 6 + tables hu no running if you want to pur your $ were your mouth is. just stop posting in my thread with utter bullshit. thanks. the only reasons ill ever play the penny tables is because traffic's lose - there is not that many FR nl10 games to play and taking shots at NL25 doesnt work out for me so well lately so I play were I'm capable. yes, this is good, and this is what i'm talking about thought - it's still happening on my client side, but they refuse to understand anything i'm telling them and give you rude generic answers like we are wrong and dont know what we talk about. that is the issue i have.
