It's really not that hard to figure out. You posted a new profile picture and received some likes. Whoever it is you have slept with is almost guaranteed to have liked the picture so I had a look. In those who liked it there was only one possibility. Like I said your friends are private, but if they are liking your profile picture it's possible to see them. She happened to have a public profile as well.
