they changed payout structure in mtts, it really sux now
for example, 6k in prize pool and only 800-900$ for 1st place :O

well if they are making more money of regs who just complain, but keep playing there, theres no reason to change it
regs are part of the problem as well, if you all leave they will have to do something about it

Actually they're kind of happy with the regs leaving.
The fish lose money slower and can lose his money at the blackjack or whatever.
We know about this new politic for more than 1 year ...

The way they handled it is super shady tho , fuck them

Implementing 3% cashout fee without any prior warning does really suck for people who can't get money off the site any other way. changing bonuses that take a while to clear without ample notice is probably crossing lines too.

a few of the other reasons people are bitching about sound like entitlement though. party don't owe you a living. and you weren't there because of their prior reputation for good service or something like that, you play party instead of stars for one reason only (actually im making assumptions here about pp being softer than ps, i dont actually know the current state of the games on either site).

how party conducts business reflects on all of us, as party is a part of online poker providers

just like UB scandal didnt help us
just like FTP going down and frozing player's money for a year+ doesnt help us
etc.

sure, but the reason they did it was to preserve fish for more rake. i know this has the immediate benefit of eliminating excessive bumhunting and clears the lobby up, but their motivation for doing so was profit, not to make the site a better place to play. its just another symptom of a site in the midst of a cash grab
