Imagine that you were really pumped up to work out, and it's been a while, and you do your stretches and pre work out routine and everything's going fine, until the very first rep you do and you pull a muscle. Then you try to do something else and you pull another muscle, and then you do it again and you just can't work out and you have all this pent up energy just sitting there not being released.
I haven't been able to "work out" in months now. |
