No !
Never lift heavy at the end of a session !
Always when u are fresh after a solid warmup.
You dont want to take on heavy stuff when your muscles might be tired allready from lots of reps with smaller weights and therefore have a high injury risk
Timewise heavy weights always before high reps !
Also only do heavy reps on excercises that u feel absolutely safe with.
You need to have perfect knowledge of what u are doing when u lift heavy. Otherwise you will injure yourself |
