as one can tell from my posts iam pretty pissed at him as well...but it could definitely be worse -> if he would not listen at all and just still wash shit at night and being loud. but since iam physically as well as mentally way ahead of him he probably is kinda afraid of confrontations and tries to avoid these with me.
on the good side it just for 3 more months and it is also kind of entertaining what stupid thing he posts next or does next. he had some serious good catch phrases on fb that I had to lol hard for several minutes.
OFC its not funny if he just leaves his cat like that but when he does minor stupid things it is kinda entertaining (as like thinking the fan really cools air and stuff).

This reminds me so much of my ex room mate. Went through similar issues to you. I raged about it as well, and had to tell him over and over again the same stuff. I don't know what to tell you on how to fix it. My situation ended with me continuously having to tell him to stop being an inconsiderate asshole. Finally one day I was raging about how he never did the dishes or cleaned, and I always had to do it, as well as he owed me some money. I guess he was pissed off about me harassing him, and he went crazy, pulled a knife out of a kitchen drawer and came at me. Hopefully your situation turns out better lol.

lol the deadline was when the bill was due. Just disconnect service and tell him if he wants electricity it's going in his name.

problem is if i disconnect service i wont have electricity as well -.-
