haha, my ex-gf used to say something similar when we'd read spets' blog. Yeah, we did that.
Hey man, I just broke up with mine too, fucked me up real bad in February. Was thinking about writing about it next month since she went back to her abusive ex (gave her black eyes and all that shit) but I dunno if it's worth reading about.
bye now

But seriously - always sucks. Although it doesn't seem like it now you'll be fine - even better.
Just concentrate on staying busy and doing things that will have a positive effect on you.

She left ME, to go back to him. Couldn't get over her ex. Pretty standard I've learned from abuse victims. They just have this thing.

I would definitely appreciate if you wrote about that because I can't help wondering why you wouldn't just abuse her if that's what she was looking for

Most people act like that. If you treat them like shit and then give them some attention and keep doing this in circles they will become addicted to you. It's incredibly stupid and only an extremely insecure person would choose this over a healthier relationship but the average person nowadays isn't either smart, confident or emotionally stable.

I feel like its not even about intelligence ClouD, I ve seen plenty of smart people falling for the same thing. It's something on a psychological level I guess.
Spets, everyone has gone through such stuff, it ll be fine
Newbsaibot you dodged a bullet, might be sad now, but you certainly will feel much better about yourself about that in the future

uick isn't asking if you are joking about asking him to write about his experiences. he's asking if you are joking when you suggest that he should have abused her, because, you know, people generally don't actually want to be the abusive part of a relationship.

I didn't say he should have done or not done anything, I meant what I said when I was wondering. "Abuse" is a really broad word, it covers parts of life that are inevitable or even necessary, and I can perfectly well imagine it overlapping with someone's wants or needs in a relationship. I'm suggesting, given the little information shared, that it sounds like he could have done something like that but didn't, so it would be interesting to know the whole situation.

Man it's a weird feeling. I want her to be here and comfort me in this difficult hour but then I realise the weird sad feeling is because we actually broke up and she is the reason. So she can't make me feel better. Fuck

I should hit the gym. Anyone have a starter pack for a complete newbie. I live in a complex which has its own gym but I never been there. Always feel weird to go in there cause I haveno clue what to do
Quickest way to get over it is to face it and feel the pain.

You don't have to go to the gym yet build up basic strength with pull ups, chin ups, push ups, dips, hindu squat, lunges, sit ups, leg raises, hanging leg raises, hindu push ups etc. Don't do 15 push ups then 3 pull ups like a cycle. Do 15 push ups rest 15 push ups again like sets. Doing strength training will increase your testosterone. Other ways to increase are getting enough sleep min 7-8 hours, eating cruciferous vegetables, eating enough but not too much http://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html not consuming too much dairy, no sweets processed food junk food. Two studies that say men who didnt masturbate had higher levels at 8 days and 3 weeks (fuck you I dont want to find them again)

I quite like this channel but there are many. Just youtube the exercise then focus on proper form and go slow dont use speed and (can't find the right word) motion to help you. Example in push ups is to stop for 1-2 seconds at the bottom and don't lock out your elbows at the top go back down right before you lock out and go slow it makes it much harder. You don't need to focus so much on that yet since normal speed push ups are hard enought in the beginning. Get a pull up bar if you don't have anywhere to go they go on any doorframe. For dips you can usually find stuff around the house like two tables or something or you can do bench dips to start.

Go there for some exercises. I would just do them with light weight and get used to going and see how your body feels. Then work from there.

Well fwiw if he s never gone to the gym he most likely wont know how to do proper pull ups for example nor know how to mix push ups and etc. etc.
Whatever way of exercising you choose, you ll need a COMPETENT trainer or buddy to show you.
Bolded competent cause most people in the gym have no fucking clue what they're talking about.

The abuse psychology thing happens because more than anything in the world women want to be wanted, and if he cares enough to abuse her, it means he is passionate about her rather than indifferent.

Women hate indifference, they generate confidence by being wanted. They will take abuse over indifference any day of the week.

Put down the weights and go take some BJJ classes. Bitches love beasts.

It's true. It only changes if they feel their life is threatened.
Otherwise they will do it because they feel they're needed and they will take the abuse as the cost of life in a society that needs them for the social good, over being abandoned and alone.

They may even leave someone indifferent with more money and social standing for somoene abusive with less money and social standing, because they feel the indifferent man could cease support for them at any time, while the abusive man cannot.
