Lol so let me get this straight.

Your unemployment problems right now are because of:
1. 100% mental illness
2. 0% of ur attitude problemz + u being a dumbass

Also, you are smart

Lol...

Of course not, Numbskull that poops his pants

I have been manic probably 5 times in the last 2 years. That is basically 5 months I couldn't work and there is some jarring of a normal life involved with manic / psychotic episodes. I also remember one depression that was pretty bad and a general malaise at times due to my situation. NEETdom gets old but if there is money in the bank there is a certain comfort there.

The rest is Covid + not wanting to work and not needing to work + attitude problems + being a dumbass

by the way, attitude problems does not equal communism or leftism

fascists like you think everything is communism and leftism

Fascist poopy diaper man, stop being so dumb!

Working in the USA sounds to me like a fucking horror movie.

I'm so glad I don't have to deal with this shit where I'd be treated like a dog and have zero empathy towards myself as a person just to earn some papers that will mean nothing in the long run since I'll be both physically and mentally unhealthy. Can't believe your society continues to fall for that grind slave mentality as if it benefits the average person. Appreciate having small things like proper labor laws

what would you change about US labor law?

It seems to be not very profitable in the long run to play those kind of hands. - Gus Hansen

Let's see where to begin. First all of these changes will be on federal level, so employers and individual states can't fuck around

- guarantee at least 20 days PTO based on the amount of time you've spent on the new job (right now on a federal level you can't even take PTO first year what a joke)
- guarantee at least 1 year of paid motherhood with 2 years of keeping your spot
- guarantee anti-discriminatory laws for women so that those that want to have a family shouldn't feel threatened by the employers
- guarantee at least 3 months of paid fatherhood
- guarantee paid federal holidays - these are currently not required to be paid
- guarantee breaks during working hours (the fact that this needs to even be mentioned is a joke of itself)
- guarantee you can't fire someone without a valid reason unless they're in a 3 to 6 months trial period. This goes both directions - can't leave without a notice unless it's a mutual agreement. If they want to fire you with no valid reason a severance pay of a few months should be a given and still only if the employee is fine w that
- guarantee paid sick leave (larger topic obv and you need an actual functioning healthcare system)
- increase the minimum wage (yeah I know nobody pays the 7.25$ that's in your federal law, so nothing against making it a mandatory thing across the entire country eh?)
- the last point also should includes the youth under 20 as they are paid even less legally lmao

This MIGHT bring you a bit closer to the civilized world.

Like I said.

U say uve been manic 5 times in the past 2 years. Before when you had the pizza career you seemed much more stable. Say what u want about flipping pizzas but its a whole lot better than where u are now. A career which u left because u wanted to do ur little FU to Jeff bezos and capitalism...

So remind me, how is that nothing to do with leftist/ commu ism?

The fact is there is a direct correlation to your employment level and stability. When u were self employed poker player u were the happiest. When u were an underachieving sales rep at the steel mill u weren't happy u were an alcoholic but u weren't mental. When u were a pizza worker u were depressed but u weren't going into wards all the time. And now that u are not doing anything you've had an incident 5x in 2 years.

I didn't read Kropotkin one day and decide to quit my job. I'll simplify it for you. Amazon gave us a raise to $15/hr, then they basically doubled the work. Not instantly because everyone would realize what was going on but slowly and calculatingly. I was a human trying to keep up with impossible quotas. I had to negotiate to take a piss break let alone a proper break which is against the law but the bossman doesn't give a shit. I quit because my working hours were miserable and I had a presumably better option lined up.

In that role there was no way up. Supervisor was an even worse existence. Team Leader seemed pretty bad. Store leader at least had some autonomy it seemed but was also chained to the store and a major dickhead. There was one corporate role that seemed ok. This guy would just go around the store and think about what was most aesthetic. Take some pictures and talk to the team. Fly or drive home. I bet he went back to Atlanta and had great meetings on the aesthetics of the fry fryers.

I call bs.

Also lol at "there was no way up". U act as if u expect us to believe u were motivated to advance at the company. You are selling a fiction to keep up with ur delusions.

How would you know how stable I was?

I was not better off at Amazon than I am now. I got another job and put in my 2 weeks (and agreed to work 2 extra shifts on the weekend). This is not some like communist Joker behavior. It was very mundane behavior. People were sad to see me go. Some were indifferent. The bosses did not want me to go. They offered to buy me drinks after the last shift. I told them I didn't drink which was just what popped into my head but I should have accepted the offer looking back at it. It was pretty normal.

And hold on a second here... I thought you always held the position that Bipolar I is made up? Now, you are trying to use the opposite to argue your little fabrications.

Your last paragraph is made up garbage and not correct.

What if I told you the happiest I have ever been was my first 2 years sober in which I was barely employed?

You call bs on what?

White collar workers have no fucking idea what the other side lives like.

Why would I not look at other positions in the company and guesstimate whether a move would be worth it?

When changing diapers make sure not to get any on your white collar shirt.

I imagine that if hiems had a breakthrough and came out of the closet today, he'd reach this level in about a year:

There is a lot to comment on in that video but when the BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) person was talking about how they could not breathe because they had a rib cage reduction I felt a lot of things for this person. Everything from compassion to disturbed. A sick person deserves compassion but that doesn't mean we won't be disturbed by their actions.
