I thought they were implied, but mainly the democrats and neocons agenda, destabilize the region, manipulate the price of crude oil, coups to put puppet states in power, increased domestic and foreign weapons sale through strife and mostly get the military industrial complex going.
Also in the specific case of Trump he also counters the Russian ties rumors and gets a big spike in his plummeting approval ratings.
Those factors appear to me far more important than giving the DPRK some hints.

It's not fake news, it's poor writing and somewhat sensationalist headlining. There were 150 tax marches held around the country that day, then in Berkeley they actually also had a pro free speech rally hosted by Trump supporters. This article doesn't make the distinction in the twitter headline.
