I would bet that he is doing it for ludic reasons. He could easily handle if he dropped a game vs you or lost in poker. Both are possible. If he buried you in poker for like $8,000 @ $200 NL I don't think he would feel very good about himself. Not saying it couldn't go either way. You guys would have to play 50,000 hands or so to get any idea and I don't think either of you wants to do that.

No. Loco made $1/hand over 100,000 hands in 2009. That is pretty strong.

25/50 = 1.25ptbb/100
10/20 = 2.5
5/10 = 5
3/6 = ~8
2/4 = ~12

I don't know your history so it's tough to say who has an edge but if you only played mtts you are probably in trouble.

It is a moot point anyway because Loco has already said he doesn't feel comfortable playing you hu nlhe. If you can't easily pay him $10 than why would he continue to play you in BW unless it was specifically agreed upon that the money would be paid after the 5 matches?

For the record, here's the real exchange that took place.

He is the one who changed the deal to be $10 per game as documented in this thread. I initially said BO5 for 50$ but I agreed to his proposition. Then after my first win he said he wasn't playing any more games with me and he'd sent me bitcoin money worth $10. He tries to force me to have a bitcoin wallet to be paid when we clearly agreed to a dollar transaction, not crypto. I give him my Paypal and suddenly he no longer wants to pay, so he asks for more games hoping to cancel his debt. This obviously smells like someone who will not pay me through Paypal as I asked but I did not specifically say that, I was just basically asking him how he'd plan to pay if he lost another $10 since I don't have bitcoin.

I didn't have time to respond after that and he started flooding this forum. Keeps changing his mind about playing more or not and making a big fuss so he doesn't have to Paypal me money. Really annoying guy, so I'm done with him. I can only imagine how much $10 means to him if he gives me so much trouble for it so I will gladly let him keep it. Get better soon dude.

So basically this guy has a history of behaving like an asshole and withholding money with the hopes that people just give up on it because it's too much hassle and time is money. It's not worth fighting with him for a few bucks and he knows that, so he behaves like this on purpose. But I'm glad Oddeye received what he was owed in the end, thanks to people pressuring lostaccount.
