No1 really blaming Eddie. Intent or not, rules are there for a reason. Feels like there should be a commission panel of some sort to help Ref make a decision if there's going to be a stoppage like that before they make the decision whereas nothing can be done about a late/early stoppage while action is in play. Instead, just some guy nodding along to whatever Herb is saying

Yes, he had a knee on the ground because of a previous knee which was illegal in texas but legal elsewhere
