I.e. ur life sucks. ---> its possible to improve ur life ---> fuck psychology and work towards ur goals.

But scenario 2 where ur life is so messed up that progress is not possible....

I.e ur life sucks ---> but there's nothing u can do in terms of improving....

I feel like that's when suicide and stuff comes out.
