Is there a meaningful difference between replying to people who effectively no longer exist on LP, and speaking to the dead? You are basically "talking to the dead" - people who will not see your replies and who will not respond. Why?

You could also ask me "how do you know a schizophrenic person isn't really talking to the dead". With logic we cannot prove a negative, so I cannot know that either. But we can make deductions based on the information we have. If someone who was previously active hasn't posted in 10+ years, there is very little chance that they are lurking here today, and even less chance that they are interested in your old blogs or what you have to say to them in there.

Why choose doing this with your time instead of talking to people you know can hear you and answer you?

I've been diagnosed with undifferentiated schizophrenia but I've been told it's probably schizoaffective disorder instead due to the nature of my depression. There isn't much difference with the treatment so it doesn't matter. I'm coming off of risperidone after using it for 8 years. I still take a mood stabilizer and an anti-depressant cause they don't fuck with my weight or dick.

Am I not being clear? I'm having withdrawal symptoms because I quit the anti-psychotic and never touching that shit again.

If you do indeed have schizophrenia it would be wise to take an anti-psychotic and also quit substances especially since you said yourself that you are an alcoholic. Risperidone is trash but I am sure there are others to try. Just my 2c. I don't even know why I get involved in some of this stuff. Especially lostaccount's sustained strange activity over the last week or so.

Are you sleeping properly? You basically show all signs of mania but are somehow sustaining it over a week or more period of time. My manias usually escalate into fierce psychosis. This website has become the looney bin.
