Nah, I didnt get a job paying enough to make any worthwhile contributions till I was too late in the game. Any time I got a raise I just decided to upgrade my standard of living in case I die tomorrow. |

Yes, it was around 10k or something. It wasnt an inheritance it was just whatever was left in his checking account that gets forfeited to next of kin. I used it for the downpayment on my house, which was another example of irresponsible spending because I literally bought a house with a mortgage that ate up nearly 100% of my income so that I couldnt save, invest, etc. |

you have to assume full responsibility for your situation and it sounds like you are not. you are blaming your boss, or poker players that are playing erratically. you are saying that you do not study - this is just another excuse so that you can still feel like you are a winning player and the only reason you do not succeed is because maybe you have not read a book or watched a video.
Now if you fully accept that the situation is completely in your control, and only your actions can fix it. Then you have no excuses and you must do everything in your power to make better of it. So stop making excuses and accept full responsibility and the make decisions that will achieve the best results to empower you to get better at life. |

Sounds like u got 6mos of expenses saved up @ 500/month. Maybe you should get a stake+coaching combination that lasts at least 6 months. Sounds like the best hope to come out the other side with more poker knowledge and some income minus most of the risk. |
