I quit cold turkey. I agree with what Baalim is saying, its ok to light one seldomly because why not.

I just don't see the reason behind either option, like 1-2 puffs is whatever, why even do it? Randomly insert nicotine in your body... why? If you're going for the tonic effect there're much better ways to achieve it ... e.g. do a shot of Jagermeister?

If you're going for a full cigarette after not smoking for a longer period of time, you will only feel disgusted due to the dizziness, lightheadedness, and nausea. I'm sure all smokers know what I mean. Sooo whats the point ?

Quitting smoking is a huge step and it sounds like you’re setting yourself up with a solid plan. I found that having a substitute for those moments helped me a lot.

For me, switching to vaping with the NEXA N20000 made a big difference. It helped manage cravings without the harmful effects of cigarettes.
