if he won the $ and its his winnings its wrong for him to get nothing if you cut him while hes in the profit, if hes in the negative then its null n void.

honestly john backed me like 5x, he was always fair, even to the point after a few stakes the "loan" aspect would go to 1:1, so its gonna lead JOHNS SIDE here 100% - im making that clear, he is NOT A BAD BACKER, hes about the money, he coaches quite well in icm spots and understands poker and business well, if John says 100% this guys a fuckin loser and will lose 100% then i'd trust him and wouldn't give him anything under that construct, BUT - its wrong in staking to do that. its against the rules.

I have no problem with him backing off the stake, it's within his right as long as he pays me what is due. In the end I still won so don't be so quick to call me a loser. It's true it isn't a lot of money but I never tried to claim otherwise, I'm just asking my due.

You guys can correct me if I'm wrong at the math here.
I won 980$can, we both get 50% which mean 490$can each. I got paid 230$can.
Then the next weeks I lost 350$ US (455$can according to XE.com).
The rakeback for the 2nd week would be 550$us/4 = 137.5$us = 179$can.
With RB this would be 455$can - 179$can = 276$can

980$can - 276$can = 704$can won therefor 352$ each. He'd still owe me 352$can - 230$can = 122$can.

That is excluding the fact that payouts were suppose to be every Monday(his own words) so everything should have been paid(490$can).

The reason I'm pointing to discord chat is that we have a written agreement, if you guys need me to post any part to prove my words I will.

If he pays zero then he is just stealing it.
