Tom is Tom (not talented_tom). He is pretty anonymous these days so I don't feel like giving more info.

I was smoking a ton of weed then and drinking pretty heavy but I think I was at a 4th of July party in 2009. Nice house overlooking the strip with a beach volleyball court and big backyard?

I also remember getting out of Vegas pretty quickly to go to Costa Rica so maybe that was another year.
