I already have an established diagnosis of Bipolar I for years. The doctor prescribed me an anti-psychotic (Vraylar(cariprazine)) but I am getting charged $200 at the pharmacy who blames the insurance company.

I just got some new shoes. I feel like they improved my mood. Buying shit to improve mood is a trap. In the case of shoes I need them to go into the world specifically my work and stand and walk all day.

Little Dark Age by MGMT just came up in my playlist. It is an example of something great that Loco provided me. He has provided a lot of great things. This doesn't make me his minion. I would say that Loco is a powerful person. Maybe not by standard definitions but I don't serve him. It is nice to please people but I don't go out of my way to please him versus anyone else. I am my own person. You could say I am unimportant or you could say I am important. I could go with either too. I am totally unimportant in the context of the universe but I think, terrestrially, I am at least important and have friends and family that would say I am important and that is all that really matters to me.

Shout out to Frinkx. We had some good times and he is a really good dude. I feel like a lot of my poker relationships have fizzled out a bit but maybe that is just the natural way of things. I am stuck working full-time and can't really travel. It feels like we could definitely meet up if we were in the same city but at this point I wouldn't really fly somewhere to visit unless there was a meetup to be honest. It's a shame if I think about it but it is also just the reality of life.

Friendships have a tendency to slip away if we aren't seeing people consistently. I want a teleportation device or a private jet but I am stuck here and I must make the most of it.
