I'm so long gone even Loco has given up on me. I don't blame him. There is nothing he can do. Maybe he can post some form of art that cures the ennui and despair for some (relatively short) period of time but it's not always going to work and it's a shitty long term strategy.

I remember I used to make fun of white people that went to Thailand to fuck sex workers. Losers and virgins. Now, I'm the loser and virgin at age 40! I'm approaching the old pot bellied westerner caricature that revolted me at a time.

I realize exercise, friends, making money gets me out of this hole but I'd rather wallow in filth. That's just where my head is at right now. New clothes, guitar pedals, and plugins are not a long term strategy either.

go workout rikd helps with depression n mental health. go for a walk I know the feeling I had bad mental health in the past too. I have so much problem with mental health in the past but now im doing much better. good for the body mind n soul to exercise more n get out of the house n computer.

I was depressed near the end of my last year of studies in math. The problem was I told myself I didn't have time to do exercise and chose to study all day.
I'm guessing that most people who have depression know what the solutions to it are. They know that exercise will fix it in most cases. I don't know if I'd call it laziness. Perhaps that is it, but it's more complicated imo.

In any case, you have to make rules after that, be vigilant and don't go a single day without 30min or an hour of exercise. Otherwise that will be the first of many excuses.

I just went for a brisk walk and cleaned my room. At least I won 1 battle.

I actually tried to download every book ever once. It's around 100TB of hard drive space needed. Maybe once I'm richer.

I tell you what. I wish I could be entranced more often like I was today watching Dune 2 in the theatre. I watched the matinee and the rest of the day feels like a letdown/comedown.

There are 6 books. The first 2 movies are more or less the 1st book.
