I have been going through some bizarre mental illness or neurology problem. I get the shakes sometimes. Sometimes the shakes get out of control. It happens when I play poker too which is the last of my worries because it happened to me while driving and now I don't have any confidence in driving. I feel like I am pretty fucked. And in relation to poker it was like I finally got the AC fixed, I finally was finding some mindset A game poker strategies that helped a ton, I knew where my leaks were. Like, you can't reallly just say to your leaks play better poker it has to be more specific and I was finally getting specific. Poker is all I really have now and I don't have it because of this shaking bit. I could play and be fine or I could be shaking so much I have to guide the mouse with my left hand trying to make the correct bet size.

Just put in a quick 100 hands on the GTOW Trainer and my hand never shakes. I think it's a performance issue. |

I drove around the neighbordhood today per what my therapist told me to do. I didn't shake. It feels like it may be getting better. I think I'm going to try and play poker tomorrow. I'm sick of playing that damn GTO Trainer I want the real thing! |

Well, I put in a short session. No real shaking. I didn't play particularly well and was kind of testy and games weren't particularly good but overall that is good that I could get a short session in to build some confidence. |

Arghhhh.... Hands were shaking again. Some solace in that the games weren't good. I need to figure out a better way to table select but everyone is anonymous before you post blind. It's the luck of the draw really that the waitlisted games will be good but the truth is people are more likely to leave a bad game then a good game so it feels lucky to get on a good table. |

This is really annoying. It greatly lowers my confidence and motivation to play. Then in my real life it's the same. I'm a mess. I need a job but am not confident driving. Even showering and walking up and down the stairs is a hassle. Back to poker it's probably good for me to practice on the GTOW Trainer but that gets old. I have always had a good memory but it's fucking difficult to memorize every spot. Sometimes you just want the real thing though. Good thing I see the Doctor on Tuesday. |
