Meditation

I did a rising, falling focus on the breath meditation for 20 minutes and it felt good but rusty. Noticing (hearing, hearing), thoughts (thinking, thinking), etc. One of the waitresses that I like was wearing jeans today and she has a phat ass. That was one of the things that I thought.
