sittin here alone on christmas, only slightly depressed
let aeris' mom take her this morning, even though this christmas is supposed to be mine, because her grandparents and aunt are visiting. aeris screamed and clung to me saying that she doesn't like her mom and loves her dad and doesn't want to go.
a bit odd because every time I ask her, she says things are great with her mom

it got me in a pretty depressed mood, I felt horrible. I often wonder how things are for aeris on the weeks she stays with her, and if anything bad is happening that aeris won't tell me about.

and so now im just sitting here waiting for the markets to open

yesterday I was reminded of a show I saw like 5-6 years ago, called Thunderbolt Fantasy. later on I began calling it "my chinese puppet anime". you've likely never seen anything like this before. those of you who like anime, or are openminded, should check it out. the whole show is done with puppets and handcrafted scenes. it's well written, well voice acted, beautifully and impressively done. I found out it's now got 2 more seasons going - I gotta find out where I can watch season 3 and 4 for free.
