I am still figuring out how bad my video game addiction is. It definitely fucks with my dopamine. I just realized I've been training all day and obsessing about training and I didn't even think to scroll reddit or play any video games.
I made this thread in the heat of video game addiction and the total despair that Diablo II: Resurrected and Warcraft III are no longer working. Turns out if I just train a bunch and let it pass it kind of passes but it comes back in the empty times.
Rome Total War looks pretty dope though. |
