of time for getting your money into the pot with the best hand in order to be a really successful poker player?

for me, I can honestly say I get my money into the pot with the best hand 85%+ of the time, and yet i m not a successful poker player. always getting sucked out here and there. and of course the 15% of the time where i didnt' have the best hands.

what do i need to do? i mean everyone says poker is a long term game. you only see results in long term. Well, ive been playing for 2 years, getting my money into the pot with the best hand 85% of the time, why am i still not a successful poker player?

Abrassive the point grot is making is that poker is not just about getting your money in as a favorite all the time. There are so many other factors that you just seem to ignore.

Poker is so much more complex than you seem to understand, and until you come to the realization that there are huge parts of the game that you're ignoring then you wont ever be successful

he won't be succesful either way
