PokerDoc88 is right.
You have to learn how to kinda mix up yr play and pps on a raised pot and a dry board are what you need to do so.
You just have to be careful when you do bet flop or double barrel.Thats all.
The first thing that someone should search for, is how to become a little bit better in everysingle session.
Not just multytable and play AA KK QQ & AK only.
(unless it is very profitable)

I know for sure that VitalMyth has written a guide for begginers too.It was very helpful to me....

Anyway PplusAD 's approach will be very helpful too.

For some odd reason i can´t beat NL5 but NL10 is really easy... NL5 players on party are really nitty ;D

Hm it means we dont try to steal pots in the first palce.
We value bet.

I was not so much talking about conti bets here
this is more like a metaphor for playing really tight.

Maybe i ll update it a bit in the future since i didnt cover many aspects

but there allready is a good guide out by Myth and one by Grot afaik ( or are they the same guys ? i havent heared of Grot in ages ?)
so i was not gonna get too much into details but more pointing out typical mistakes
