19. when you spread the flaps, push them back all the way back to center and then push them forwards along the center.

20. dont close your binder with the rings, use both ends of the little tabs and shut them at the same time. That is the main cause. The other reason would be just squishing it in your bag or whatever.

I always eat instant noodles without cooking. Just break it into smaller pieces before opening the bag, then open it and mix noodles/flavoring in a bowl without any water and eat it like that. Only problem is the flavoring can be a bit too strong without water.
