So if they see a foul that led to the goal they still can not over turn it.
So did the refs actually COULD turn over the call on thr field and still made that decision after watching the same video we all did? Cause that seems impossible to me.

Yes they can overturn the call but the odds are usually against such a thing since the call on the field was touchdown. You need "substantial video evidence" to reverse the call and in this case there was plenty of it but the refs took maybe 20 seconds before coming out of the booth to say the "the ruling on the field stands". Pretty horrible lol
