If there is a water shortage in canada, write to your congressman asking for a desalinization plant while the excessive use of energy and water on the planet is a pretty big issue, it is the least of my worry, personally. i didn't post that graph, i just informed you on that particular subject because you made a post about it that was uninformed. its a big issue the exccesive use of water?, its the most abundant thing of the planet, plus only the 3rd world has issues with water, if anything we lack desalinization plants.
