The design keeps you from getting the baby in, rather than keeping the baby from getting out. Typically prison wire is angled towards the escapee b/c it's harder to climb backwards. Any baby could easily jump this fence.
Ya I understand the concept of angled barbed wire. Why would it keep you from getting the baby in? IMO, looking at the scale of the crib to room, the whole thing looks like 3 feet tall. Any average size adult would have no trouble with this product. I'm just saying why mount the box where there is no outlet? Also, there is a rattle/toy in the crib so someone obviously got a baby in there at some point, perhaps before the barbed wire was put on. We'll never know.
