As far as that support thing goes, they do usually want the problems in e-mail and I don't think they were being out of line asking for it. (gone through the same thing with some abusers on some site, probably not this one tho). The online support on that site dealth with account related issues etc. through live chat. Granted it's not as fruitful as you might hope, but I don't think that's even nearly ROFL-thread worthy. Didn't even break a smile. I NEED rofls in this cold, dark bloodyass country! BURN!
