no dude, its pretty obvious if you look closely that they're filming a staged shoot and the attacker was somehow not in on it. Even the actor chasing him was pretty shocked at his hero-undhouse. Director runs up for a hi 5 and gets dissed twice.

That is one interpretation of it. It looks too real though, chaser really does seem to have misplaced something on his body
