Oh and the teacher is still stupid. By the method to get 3 pieces in 15 minutes, you could get 4 pieces in 17.5 minutes.

Also, you DO need 20 minutes for 4 pieces

I guess you guys are just trolling, but math teacher is wrong. In takes her 10 minutes to cut the board. 2 pieces = 1 cut, 3 pieces = 2 cuts, therefore it would take her 20 minutes to make 3 pieces. Yes you can argue about the angle at which she cuts the board etc, but then you're just trollin'.
