Tesla > Feynman in my opinion,
the man was such a geniusity baller that on the eve of his SEVENTY SIXTH birthday he announced
that he had harnessed the cosmic rays and caused them to operate a motive device,
that the cosmic rays shower down on us throughout the whole 24 hours and that his investigations
all point to the conclusion that they are composed of small particles, carrying such a small charge that we are justified in
calling them neutrons - and that they move with a great velocity, exceeding that of light.

That image is not BS, of course he was right for the "wrong reasons", of course he had no way of properly verifying
his suspicions in 19 freaking 32,
| The actual, undisputable, confirmed verified-by-your-own-source Tesla quote:
All of my investigations seem to point to the conclusion that they [cosmic rays] are small particles, each carrying so small a charge that we are justified in calling them neutrons. They move with great velocity, exceeding that of light. |
Even if we aren't so "generous" as give him the benefit of the doubt, to look past his error in assuming that the cosmic rays are composed solely of neutrons - we are still left with the fact that he said his investigations seemed to point to the conclusion that neutrons move at a velocity exceeding that of light, in 1932.
Tesla rarely if ever published his findings if it wasn't to look for funding or register patents,
that's why so much of Tesla's work died with his laboratory.
Yes, scientists are humans, that goes without saying, yes, the tendency is tempting, but
the man said that his investigations pointed to the neutrino's velocity exceeding that of light,
we don't know what investigations those were, but he definitely wasn't just guessing in case he would be proven right in the future.
