Spend some time talking to girls and TRYING to blow it.

Just walk up to them and be a prick. Be overblown beyond desperate to the point where you have to fake it cause even you arn't that desperate. Be drunk and insulting.
Call them fat. Whatever.

It won't get you laid, but it may get you used to the idea that if you blow it or get rejected big deal. Just move on to the next.

Then maybe when you actually try with a girl it won't feel so serious and important.
