What do you guys eat to get you fired up for the daily poker session grinds. When i dont got school i wake up around 8am play for a few hrs then subway/ burgers / tacobell... fastfood basically, or sometimes even ramen if im not that hungry. T
I try to make it back asap after lunch for the guaranteed tourneys. But yea whats the best food to eat to give you poker strength. |

lol at milkman, and personally I eat whatever is available at home since I still do live at home..
I avoid energy drinks and soft drinks etc, mostly as a habit left over from when i had bracers on my teeth but yeah TRY and stay healthy I guess |
