I made a 2NL FR vid once because a lot of my friends wanted to learn poker and I thought it might help everyone just starting out on LP, so I posted it in my blog a while ago for anyone to watch if they felt like it. Here's the link:

Funny that this thread came up actually. I saw a bunch of them yesterday on my old PC when i was retrieving some old files.
