Try going to one side real fast, often 3-4 of them will spawn and not come and fight, toward the end at least.

Meh this game got boring all of the sudden, farming for items its pretty repetitive and not really fun at all.

revenge with that run is vital for me, keeps me alive even while surounded by elites, sometimes it makes it feel like you simply cannot die.

Usually i used berserker but some elites you cant really get close to so its useless o ancient call is probably a better elite killer (and eliltes are the real problem in D3, not act bosses)

Im unsure what to use on the right click mouse, seismic slam is good but doesnt go well with revenge or frenzy that needs enemies close, i didnt like rend is too slow
