just starting hell as a monk in sc, does the game get more fun at 60? MF'ing/Inferno etc?

I would've had 25+ level 85+ d2 characters (inc 99) but this game doesn't keep my interest much. Itemization seems shit. Might be time to switch to hardcore? Character suggestions?

No the game is probably at it's best in mid to late hell, way too easy before then, way to boring after. End game consists of avoiding monsters and killing vases/opening chests.

Bleh my post is probably too harsh but I'm tired of all those whinings ...

My only problem with the game, which Blizzard has addressed, is the SHARP spike of difficulty going from act to act. But I'm working on sick ass tanking gear so hopefully it shouldn't be so bad when I get to act 4.

So far I've solo'd past the skele king on inferno Hardcore T.T feel like i might need to upgrade my gear a little more for the last half of act 1 though o.O
I'm a barb now btw

I can now solo Act 3 inferno with my Monk pretty well. I was told that Act 4 wasn't harder and in fact was perhaps a bit easier, but still haven't tried it yet. If some people need tips just ask.

Not really. You only do this until you have enough gear. Obviously if you're melee you need more to do anything past act 2.

Good luck, act 1 I find really easy but I die a million times on act 2.

And you do it again after you've beaten everything because it is simply the best way to farm gold so you can get even better loot that you have nothing to use on.

I've heard gold prices are as low as $4/million on some forums, damn did that crash quick. Its also less than half of the preliminary minimum exchange rate blizzard is offering on the real money auction house, which is $10/million. Wonder how this is gonna work out

Well if it's anything like the GAH it's going to be terrible. They should of just ripped off the design from ebay or any other half functional auction site. I'm looking forward to see how both are going to be supported at the same time, not sure the community can support both.

How does it work in WOW do they have both AH?
