money can never leave your battle.net account unless ur buying somethign in the auction house with it or certain items from blizzard's store

I noticed that the minimum price you can sell an item for at the moment is 1cent, bu say at a $10/1000000 exchange rate, most commodities are selling for fractions of pennies atm.
I guess this is taken care of by a minimum # purchase but...seems weird to require us to buy 20 square topaz or none at all
