it's still there, they just generally don't become mass market successes


Keeping the same hack n slash genre take a look at the up coming Path of Exile, act 1 normal in POE is harder than any point of Diablo 3 including inferno.

the GF market is sky rocketing due to everyone getting into botting, can flip some mainstat/vit/GF items for a lot since most people think it's trash

you guys are missing the point, it isn't about having brood war-level skill and 200+ APM but about having your actions on the battlefield be meaningful because you can influence things like whether you get hit by an attack or not by another method besides a random roll of the dice based on your equipment. that is what it means to be an ACTION rpg lolwtf learn the genre?

me and 2 friends tried belial in infero... we failed like 15 times... we did not change our gear... we took a break..came back like 4 hours later... decided to give it a shot... we changed our build...and we raped him

so maybe instead of all crying about ''omg we suck the game is too hard blablalba' maybe you should try to take the time to think about the build and try to build some tactic with ur friends...

anyway obv the gear mather but w/e ... loco pwn act 3 and his items arent SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better than mine...yet he pwn 10 times more

No one ever said it was hard, they said it was skillless. Your anecdotal evidence provides nothing. Get off the high horse thinking everyone who doesn't like the game doesn't like it because they are bad at it.

I was solo but I beat belial in <6 tries with mediocre gear as a witch doctor (after wiping a bunch of times w/ a group though), it isn't really the boss fights I'm talking about..

i dont think he tried to say that you all suck at the game rather than are focusing on the wrong things missing all the fun

Yes because all the level 60's with millions in gear in this thread don't know what the different builds are or do. Belial isn't even hard.

I didn't even think people were saying the game was hard (except for barbs from A2+)?
