andrewsong make sure the account youre paying for belongs to the person youre paying and that person didnt hack it or have the pass of his online friend or something and wanted to make a quick buck, otherwise tthe account will go back to its owner once they make a complaint to iccup. get your email attached to the account first and change the pass before you send money

i hope you realize how tough the games are at B level, would be a much better idea of you to try to grind out some low level games to get good practice in, then buy a high level account to get really good games in until your ranking drops

ICCUP is pretty hard nowadays with koreans flooding into the equation. Plus games are different with lan latency (hamachi style). Pretty cool
