i dont understand why no one checks the flop, what hands do you want to come along when you bet?

1. FD > shoves, he still has heaps of equity, which is why i think checking and then snapping off his bluff on blank turns seems more profitable to me. If he does hit it on the turn, i still have the redraw
2. random big cards > let him have the chance to make a pair
3. pocket pairs > give him impression we are weak/trying to catch up with AK/AQ, he will bet any turn
4. suited connectors? 78, 89, 56, same reason as above, dont think his stacking off with a tiny pair

my 4bet is a 4 bb's under the normal 4bet amount, if his afraid of being minraised he should be 5bet shoving for fold equity, flatting oop is ???

and btw i called pf coz co was a huge maniac who had 100% fold to 3bets pf, but would pretty much go nuts postflop with any pair, and villian had 10% 3bet

I think OP has some errors in his logic, but this is nowhere near as bad as a lot of you think
