in my shakes i like to use 14 ounces of OJ, a banana, fresh blueberries+blackberries, 1 scoop whey powder, 2 tbsp flaxseed, 2tbsp acai powder, goji berries, chia seeds, sesame seeds and some random other berries like mulberries/goldenberries. They are pretty amazing, i have one after a workout every day

reason I was asking ggplz if he uses a blender/juicer is cuz I'm thinking about switching to a juicer and was looking for +/- recommendations

used to do milk+yogurt+fruit+protein but i made the switch to OJ and havent used milk+yogurt since. i didnt use frozen yogurt though, just the little fruit yogurts you can get, like yoplait or layogurt
