Mexican food is my favorite. Unforunately, the only time I've had authentic Mexican food was in Cancun. Living here in Michigan, my only choices are Taco Bell, Q'Doba, and Chipotle. There are a few other local Mexican restaurants, but they were just okay.

Seriously? That's pretty cool. Yea, Chipotle is a Mexican food chain here in the states (similar to the QDoba restaurants) where the food has been Americanized. It's not bad, it's way better than Taco Bell. Chipotle.com is the name of their site.

they are over fried tortilla (but not hard), it doesnt have meat unless they are a side dish for meat and they are always covered in salsa (red or green)

Maybe it'll get better over time ? I mean, i hated every sea food until just recently.
One day i saw sushi at the supermarket. Obv tasted so bad. And thought i'd not be able to eat it again.
However, i went to a restaurant not so long ago called "Ready Made Sushi" and never felt so good after eating all this up
It was such a relief because it'd have been like i'd say : "man if one day i'll come to asia, it will be hard to eat their sushi T_T"
There's still one thing i can't get along... I'm french, and i still don't like wine... Except maybe the white wine with "foie gras" and the likes...
Will probably tastes better when i'll get used to it.

(God, now i'm thinking about buying some maki and gamba-tempura... Tastes delicous for real !)
