I'm talking this over with some people, i'll keep u guys up.

mmmmm...i did a transfer a few days ago with an LPer and i'm missing like $550 and haven't gotten a reply.
dunno if this is stars' fault but the day i was doing transfers, i was getting the transfers reaaaaaaaallly slow.

I had something similar happen in the process of moving $250 with an LPer (not lachlan btw). I think it really was an honest mistake because of the PS transfer limit. But I sent 1st - $50 - I couldn't get get him to respond to my messages after I sent, then I saw him playing at nl200 with $50. I sat at his table and he wouldn't talk to me for like 5 minutes. He ended up apologizing for the mistake and sending me $60. But within like 2 days he turned $50 into ~$2k lol. You can imagine that I was getting worried at his table.....according to PTR he was running "104% looser than optimal."

Who goes to bed in the middle of a transfer without at least saying to the person "I'm going to bed, be back whenever". It's beyond stupid and I'm sure would cause most people to worry.

For everyone going on about smearing Nadeems reputation. This sort of thing can be sorted out and his reputation can be restored (if he is telling the truth). However he could of had like 5 other offers to do the same transfer with the intention of scamming them as well and due to this thread it could be avoided. He can get his rep back but they would never get their 500 each back.

assuming this is just a silly mixup (most likely scenario) with stars i don't think it was necessarily wrong for him to go to bed, i personally wouldn't think it was a big deal if i was in his shoes and i would just assume it's taking longer than usual. on the other hand, i also don't think op is in the wrong either...if he suspects scamming then he has a responsibility to let the community know as soon as possible so others don't get scammed by him as well.

theres nothing wrong with him going to bed. As long as he lets the guy know whose sitting there waiting for his funds. Shit I would have went to bed if i 100% knew I transfered the money. But I wouldn't just leave though. BUt I guess its cause I know how it feels when you send someone money and your waiting there for yours to come... If it will come

At least tell the person instead of him waiting there questioning i he got scammed or not...

personally I think this is really sketchy.

BTW I wouldn't feel confident transferring with a person whose account was banned. I bet that Nadeem didn't let the OP know that little gem before the transfer.

new rule: if your account is banned, you MUST send 1st lol (and possibly wait 3-7 days for it to clear).
