I've added mudd10 on msn, and i've sent to stars. Dont have much time due to exams.

nop still not resolved,talked with Nadeem and he told me that he was banned from pokerstars ,and that pokerstars will let him widraw the money left to his account.(i dont know about sending to other players)
dont know what this will end,but i will make an update when i will resolve this.thnaks all for support in this metter

I mean why doesn't nadeem just send back the money he received if he is legit?

I've also withdrew money to moneybookers, stars their policy says they'll give it to u within 72 hours, and still havent had it.
I've sent them an email and they havent replied yet

his FullTilt account probably isn't banned which is where he received the money for the trade. He should give that money back and then if the stars money ever gets to Mudd then he can ask for Mudd to resend on FullTilt. This is sooooo sketchy, don't know both parties involved personally but leaving to bed in the middle of a trade without saying anything is definatly wrong. On top of that it seems to me that Mudd was not informed of your account being banned ... Why was it even banned in the first place? Really hope Mudd gets his money back, this kind of stuff makes it really hard to get trades going through legit people when everyone is so scared of scammers.

I really have no idea what is going on since Nadeem or Mudd don't seem to want to tell us. I can only guess that Nadeem's Pokerstars account is inactive and he received funds via transfer.

Afaik on Stars if your account is deemed to be 'inactive' and you receive transferred funds you need to play with the money a certain amount before you can transfer it or cash it out. This is to stop people using Stars as a withdrawal service. I believe the other alternative is to request your account to be shut down or 'banned' and then you can cash out (or transfer) transferred funds as a one time thing- obviously as you will be banned after that.

This is just speculation but it's the only thing that makes sense from the info we have.
